Stoke Hill 2 V Alphington Rockets 2

In this closely contested game The Rockets were within One minute of being the first team to beat Stoke Hill. As with the earlier game the Rockets dominated for long periods. Stoke Hill scored against the run of play, the lead was then cancelled out when James Dodd`s shot was too hot for the Stoke keeper to hold. Midway through the second half The Rockets scored a well worked goal, a move involving several players. Lucas White dribbled the ball out of defence to pass to Joe McKenzie who in turn, drilled the ball across the Stoke Hill penalty area for Max Hammet to nip in at the far post to slot the ball under the Stoke keeper. However The Rockets were denied a win when Stoke Hill broke away to score in the final few minutes.
