Alphington AFC - Under 10s Managed by Russell Cram & Martin Allen

Latest Match News from the Under 10s  10th November 2007

Sidmouth Raiders 0 - 3 Alphas
Alphington Athletic played Sidmouth Warriors and Raiders and put in, arguably, their best footballing displays since the team was formed.  In the first game against the Raiders Jake Moxey got Alphington off to a fine start with two good finishes, both from fine passes by James Probert. The Alphas played some great passing football, but some good defending from Sidmouth kept them at bay until Connor Garmendia made the game safe at 3- 0.

Sidmouth Warriors 0 - 3 Alphas
In the second game against the Warriors Alphington got off to a slightly slower start, but were soon passing the ball around well and took the lead through James Probert, before Matthew Cram made it 2-0. Richard Warwick capped two outstanding performances with his first goal for the club to wrap the game up at 3-0. Michael Southard in goal along with James Ingham, Billy Worth, Ryan Hacket and Elliott Hughes must take a lot of credit at the back as they never looked like conceding a goal.
