Latest Match News: Alphas 0 - 3 Bow Eagles

The Alphas struggled again this week against a faster fitter and definetly bigger Bow Eagles . I dont know what these lads are fed on but we could do with some of it.

Football wise they weren't much better than us , they simply wanted it more and were prepared to work hard and graft out the result.

Appeal to parents of all players

Could you please stand your lovely children in a bucket of fertilizer twice a week

Feed them steak at least three times a week

Make them have Spinach at least twice a week ( it worked for Popeye )

They must drink lots of Red Bull ( no vodka ) before kick off ( it works for me )

P.S this is not from any FA coaching manual but Fabio Capello told me its a good idea
