Alphington 1 - 5 Budleigh Salterton 5th january 2008

Jamie Densham struck a hat-trick in his farewell game for the Robins as they overcame the Alphas at the Chronicles.

Budleigh took the lead 10 minutes before the break when Danny Hall unleashed a thunderbolt from 25 yards past goalkeeper Adrian Roberts and five minutes later Densham doubled the lead from close-range.

The home side deservedly pulled a goal back in the 42nd minute when Leigh Atkins side-footed home a right-wing cross from Gary Hayes but the Robins came out strongly after the break and Densham extended their lead just past the hour mark.

Densham lobbed Roberts in the 65th minute to complete his treble and 10 minutes later Hall netted his second from close range to finish the scoring (report taken from Indy)

Eds man of the Match: Leigh Atkins
